Cancellation policy

Pre-Orders and Special Orders

Some products offered by Keeper of the Scissors may be available for pre-order or special order before they are available to ship.

Payment is collected at the time the order is placed.

Pre-orders and special orders may be cancelled for a full refund as long as the order has not yet been finalized with or ordered from the manufacturer or supplier. Once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer or supplier, it cannot be cancelled.

Estimated arrival and shipping dates are provided when available but are not guaranteed. Manufacturer, supplier, or shipping delays may affect the expected availability date.

If we are unable to obtain an item you ordered, we will contact you and issue a refund for the unavailable item.
